Bengaluru: Yeddyurappa and Kumaraswamy engage in war of words in Assembly

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jul 10: Former chief minister of Karnataka and state president of BJP, B S Yeddyurappa, launching a tirade against chief minister, H D Kumaraswamy said that betraying people is in the latter's blood.

During the discussion on motion of thanks to governor's address in the assembly on Monday July 9, Yeddyurappa referred to certain remarks made by Kumaraswamy. "In 2006, you backstabbed the then chief minister, N Dharam Singh, and formed a coalition government in association with the BJP. Dharam Singh, who felt betrayed, died out of worries caused by this betrayal," he insisted. Kumaraswamy vehemently opposed this statement. This gave rise to a war of words between the ruling Congress - JD(S) coalition and opposition BJP.

Intervening after sometime, speaker of the assembly, Ramesh Kumar, said that Yeddyurappa's claim would have got some credence if Dharam had died within a few months since he was unseated from power. He pointed out to Yeddyurappa that Dharam had breathed his last 11 years after the above incident and hence the accusation was not justified.

Kumaraswamy, who thanked the speaker, wanted to know from Yeddyurappa whether or not he too was guilty of involvement with this act of betrayal, and how can he accuse the former alone for forming the government. Yeddyurappa, continuing with his charges, said that Kumaraswamy had backstabbed Congress and joined hands with BJP. Kumaraswamy quipped that he had not approached Yeddyurappa seeking power, and charged the latter of allowing his tongue to wag just because it does not have any bone. Yeddyurappa said that Kumaraswamy's tongue was the one that was doing too much talking.

As the two leaders traded charges, speaker, Ramesh Kumar, asked both the leaders not to get charged up. Yeddyurappa, continuing with his charge, said that both Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy had come to West End Hotel here and placed several conditions for forging an alliance with BJP.

He is suffering sleepless nights. Both his mental and physical condition has begun to deteriorate. He is unable to accept the fact that he is not the Chief Minister which is leading him to rave and rant in this manner. He has simply lost it. and behaviour is not making sense. He is one poor sick person who is to be pitied.

THATS WHY THEY WANT TO STOP HIM FROM BECOMING CM AT ANY COST.

BJP'S MISSION IS JDS-CONGI MUKTH KARNATAKA BY END OF THIS YEAR.

KUDOS TO SREEMAN YEDDIURAPPAJI FOR EXPOSING KU-SWAMY.

Somebody should sew the lips of that good-for-nothing wreck oldie Bookanakere Siddalingappa Yeddyurappa, a jerk and who's professional in shedding crocodile tears like a kindergarten child. He should get the first prize for dramatization and being an ardent, articulate, die-hard fan of emotional weep. He should be locked on to his (death) bed as his political innings is over and for being an extremely highly controversial character. I appreciate Mr. Haradanahalli Devegowda Kumaraswamy counter-attacking this good-for-nothing crap, moron and useless piece of shit.
