Mangaluru: District youth JD(S) holds meeting chaired by president Akshith Suvarna

Mangaluru, Jun 23: A district level meeting of Dakshina Kannada district youth JD(S) workers chaired by its president, Akshith Suvarna, was held at the district JD(S) office here on Friday, June 22.

Addressing the meeting, Akshith Suvarna drew the attention of the party workers to the fact that a coalition government by sharing of power between JD(S) and Congress has come into existence in the state. He urged the youth JD(S) workers to work hard to ensure that benefits of people centric schemes chief minsiter H D Kumaraswamy would be implementing, reach to the lower strata of the society. He felt that the party workers as well as common people of the district will face no problem to get their work done as two of the legislators from the party represent the district in legislative council.

Chief general secretary of district youth JD(S), Madhusudan Gowda, delivered introductory address.

District vice president of the party, Muhammed Asif, president of city (south) constituency unit of the party, Muhammed Razack, president of city (north) constituency, Rathish Karkera, Puttur block president, Shivu Salian, city president, Likhit Raj, state organizing secretary, Faisal, students unit president, Sinan, district secretary, Bharath Hegde, Nawaz Kuppepadavu, Kalandar, Kuldeep, Syed, Tippu, Shariff, Tejas Nayak and several other leaders participated.
