They forget their duty and indulge in unwanted things like this. Just see his style with goggles, while he wears his uniform. Is he parading for a fashion show.

We have seen in many states even police constable do cleaning work of Officers and elected Members like MLA/MP. They even iron clothes of these stupid politicians. Officers hold umbrella during hot sun and raining like a watchman.... This is also a type of harrasment for Police men on duty. Here this person has a question to CM reg waiving loan of farmers... and even Kumar swamy highlighted in public speech during election that his main aim to waive loans of farmers it even appeard in full page coverage in all daily news papers. Naturally people including policemen has a genuine querry and what is wrong in that.... Whether he has written any defamatory statement or insulted our CM ?
Also note that he praised our PM Modi.... is this a revenge for that ?

@JK southkanara,I find his suspend is rechtens.Afterall policeman is a govt.worker.He has to work for the govt.and not against.Even though his question is reasonable ,he is not supposed to right comments or question govt.body in media.Afterall he is still serving.when he was out of duty/in pension, can be a excuse.suppose a normal lay person asks it is different. It is bit too early to question for a constable .It is like a insult to CM.

How will central government react if a Central government employee makes such statements against Modi?. We have already seen some examples where Universities have suspended/arrested/ dismissed professors for talking against central government!. Now this constable is working under a government headed by HDK , and how do you think he is right in talking beyond his duty!?. If you are working, try to talk against your boss and see what happens!!!

Every individual has the right of expression.....
If you are suspending a police constable or any common man on doing so, then this suspension rules should be implemented especially to all those leaders also who talks / tweets openly on each others and creates a civil disturbance to the society.

    Prashant,

Government employees cannot express their opinion, about any government whether ruling or in opposition. This is the condition - they must sign in agreement to this rule else they will not be taken on a specific position. Of-course they can do research and write a book or give a talk in a gathering but on neutral topics, not biased.

Freedom of speech is for common man, not for a man on public service. As for political leaders, its their job to politicize matters in order to get supporters/votes. They are not exercising freedom of speech but are performing their duty.
