Mumbai: Pranab Mukherjee to address RSS activists on June 7

Daijiworld Media Network - Mumbai (SP)

Mumbai, May 28: Former President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, will be addressing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) activists at Nagpur on June 7.

He will be delivering the valedictory address of the third annual camp of RSS being held at the organization's central office at Nagpur.

It is normal for BJP leaders including union ministers to take part in RSS programmes and address the participants. Participation of Pranab Mukherjee, who was with the Congress since 1969 and had discharged duty in various capacities including minister in Congress government, in a programme of the Sangh parivar has raise several eyebrows.

It is learnt that RSS will officially announce about the said programme shortly.

Throughout the history RSS was one of the streams in Congress. Pranab Mukherjee is vindicating the view. What a time he has chosen to come out of the closet.

Unfortunately most shamefully the ex President of India Pranab Mukherjee is going to attend an event of RSS as its chief guest.

Cong man @CitiznMukherjee addressing Mahatma Gandhi murderer terrorist organisation RSS is really a shame. Disrespect to Mahatma Gandhi. RSS has links with ISI as per their own confession Career Congman Pranab Mukherjee to be RSS Chief Guest.

Three time banned organisation force to swear the constitution is former Pranab Mukherjee subscribe to the ideology in secrecy.

Now I can assume why then President of India Pranab Mukherjee is rushed to legalise the cow slaughter ban much hurriedly for Maharashtra BJP assembly which was kept pending by Pratibha Patil tenure.

Since Pranab Mukherjee attending the function of so called 'social organisation', he should ready to answer why RSS need military style weapons training for humanity?
Under which constitution of India, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is allowed to carry lethal weapons and taking it in public parde?

    Jai Hind

I think instead of making him President, Congress should have projected Pranabda as PM candidate in 2014. In 2019 elections Congress case would have been more stronger. After MMS he would be the right candidate.
