BJP calls Rahul 'failed dynast'; cites political drubbing under his leadership

New Delhi, May 27 (PTI): The BJP today mocked Rahul Gandhi for his report card on the Modi government's performance by citing the Congress' electoral defeats under his leadership and calling him a "failed dynast".

"Dear Rahul Gandhi, we do not know how many times irony dies when a failed dynast like you give marks to a performing government. Here is a compilation of all the glories you have brought to your party," the BJP said in a tweet.

It also tagged a visual recording of the poll losses of the Congress since Gandhi was elevated as party vice president in 2013 followed by his appointment as the party president last year.

The ruling party said the Congress has lost as many as 24 elections since then.

On the central government's fourth anniversary yesterday, Gandhi in a mock "report card" had ridiculed its performance, giving it 'F' in agriculture, foreign policy, fuel prices and job creation and 'A+' in slogan creation and self promotion.

    Signs of Desperation on the part of the BJP of the slow and steady rise of Rahul Gandhi.

    If Ballot Papers are introduced and EVM's rendered defunct, then Modi does not stand any chance.

    Rahul also may not stand a chance as Modi brand of politics have made regional parties stronger.

    some people are not so talented by birth . parents should give them their own choice.
    like how rajiv gandhi was pilot.
    here rahul himself too confused and others too.
    he is really poor guy.
    these days he is instructed to say against modi only. he is just following his instructions. this will not work.
    he should use his brain. unfortunately when he says moon as sun ..there are many who say yes thats sun. this is stopping rahul to improve.

    I will give one more reason, so BJP will cheer up
    If Rahul Gandhi does not get married and beget children, that's it, end of the dynast.

    What a big deal if Rahul fails, who do not hold any portfolio yet in the government. Why we should bother, whom we did not elect anyway. Why not ask our PM, whom we elected by choice with majority in 2014, not delivered the promised Achche Din! Reason - income reduced, expenses increased, Savings forget.

    MEGA LIARS who have sold their conscience. Everyone knows Bhalatkari Jokers party will win again in 2019 and it is a curse. Their inefficiency and Gabbar Singh's principle of taxation system has had an adverse effect.
