From the pattern of weather forecast these days, one can notice that whenever there is a heavy rain the weather people predict more rains in the next 24 hours or 48 hours. There are mostly no predictions before heavy rains which the warning comes once it poured heavily and people get suffered. It is like children looking at the sky and saying ! rain rain come again.!
