Mumbai: Cop injured while escorting theft suspect, dies later

Mumbai, May 21 (TOI): A 52-year-old police constable, who was seriously injured last week while taking a theft suspect to police station, succumbed to his injuries in Mumbai. Sunil Kadam was in a coma from May 11 after sustaining injuries in the neck and head as the speeding bike hit two vehicles parked on the road near Haji Ali dargah.
