Doha, Apr 25: Gulf Incon signed a sponsorship agreement for their annual prestigious floodlit cricket tournament.

Gulf Incon has the distinction of sponsoring this floodlit cricket for the 24th consecutive year. At the signing ceremony were Adnan Al Mannai, managing director, Sajjad Ahmed Khan, sales manager - Tools & Equipment and Qatar Veterans’ League Committee members.

Adnan praised the organizers of this prestigious tournament and confirmed his support for the same. Sajjad Ahmed Khan expressed confidence that the tournament will be played in the best of sporting spirits just as always and wished luck to all the participants.



Division -I and Division - II will have 12 teams each drawn in four pools.

The Top two teams from each pool will qualify for the quarter-finals.

The tournament will commence on Wednesday May 16 and the finals are scheduled for Sunday June 3. The tournament will be conducted at the Old Ideal Indian School grounds near Midmac Roundabout.

The matches of 12 overs duration will begin at 9.00 pmM with two matches scheduled each night.

All cricket enthusiasts are welcome to enjoy the competitive, exciting and high scoring cricket matches.
