" Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant" sounds an excellent punch line behind the stage during the recently held KE meeting. In my opinion KE should not restrict harvesting and planting good seeds only for the benefit of the members within the cocoon to amass wealth, fame, and name, instead the organization should look beyond suit and boot and see the poverty lingering around Christian community and the deprivation rampantly prevalent among deserving candidates in such families.

The philanthropist Mr. Ronald Caloco rightly pointed out that the need of the hour is to encourage and bring forward the aspirants from the community so that they may get an opportunity to study IAS, IPS, KAS and climb the ladder to occupy the most prestigious positions available in our county so that we minority Christian community can proudly say,
" we are not behind". All that I say, KE being an organization of rich Christian businessmen's group can keep aside some small percentage of their earnings to provide occasional training at institutional level, free professional coaching centers, offer scholarships, and provide employment opportunities. If this thought is inculcated in the minds of all KE members, perhaps, I would say that you would be doing an yeomen service to the poorer students of the community and one day you all of you can put your suit collars up and proudly say that my community man is up there in the helm of affairs.
If KE is already doing it, my hat's off to you all.
