Mr. Suresh had indeed rendered excellent service to The City of Mangalore and the people of Mangalore. His leaving The City is felt by several of his admirers. However by all accounts Mr. Vipul Kumar has an excellent track record and has held very responsible positions earlier.

His statement is: I will work towards maintaining peace and harmony in the city. With this concept he should do an excellent job in The Port City of Mangalore. I join several others in extending a warm and hearty welcome to Mr. Vipul Kumar.
