Bengaluru, Apr 5: The audio CD of 'Asathoma Sadgamaya' was released at a programme held on April 2 at Chamundeshwari Studio.
Music sensation and Bigg Boss season 5 winner, Chandan Shetty, released the audio CD. Speaking on the occasion, Chandan said he liked the trailer of the movie a lot. He confessed that Lasya, who has acted in this movie, happens to be his good friend and therefore he happily agreed to take part in this programme when invited. Noting that 'Asathoma Sadgamaya' delivers a good message and that it is backed by a good team, he wished all success to the film.
Speaking about the film and its team, director, Rajesh Venoor, explained that the movie has been made on the theme of relationships and intelligence, adding that the movie is an out and out family entertainment venture. "The trailer of the movie was recently released in Dubai. We are very happy as it received very good response." He revealed that the film has five songs and Wahab Salim, who provided music, also penned the lyrics. The songs have come out really well, he stated.
Producer of the movie, Ashwin Pereira said that this movie throws light on the educational system. "There is tendency among parents to raise their children with major orientation towards career. Because of this, children are losing focus and value of relationships. We have enumerated these things in an entertaining manner through this movie," he explained, adding that this is a film which ought to be viewed by children and their parents. Pereira also said that this film was made with the aim of conveying a good message to the audience and that if this film does well, he aims to produce more movies. The film is planned to released all over Karnataka in the last week of April and plans are afoot to release it in the Gulf, UK, USA, Australia and other countries thereafter, he revealed.
Radhika Chetan said that she has donned the role of a girl who comes from Finland seeking her roots. She said that she has played this role as a challenge as it has depth, seriousness and unique qualities. The other heroine of the movie, Lasya Nagaraj, revealed that she is seen in this movie as a girl who is very bubbly. She said she has donned this role with a lot of interest as it matches well with her true nature.
Along with Chandan Shetty, Manu Gowda, son of producer, B Mahadeva and Asif Iqbal, president of Indian Economic Trade Organization, participated in the programme as guests. Speaking thereafter, Asif Iqbal said that he and his team are working to ensure that audiences from other countries too come to see their cinemas just like the people here watch cinemas belonging to other countries and languages. He said that this movie will be screened in several countries and they will make sure that it will reach the audiences there.
