Mumbai, Mar 24: Saurabh Vishwanath Shetty who had won Mr Mangaluru 2017 award in the competitions held at Bengaluru recently was selected for Mr India competitions 2018 and is selected as first runner up.

Saurabh who is the son of Mumbai Bivandi residents Vishwanath Shetty and Sumitra V Shetty is shining in modeling which is his profession and is an excellent dancer. He has won several prizes in dancing.

He is active in Mumbai Bantara sangha and is a student of BBA at Sridevi College Mangaluru. He has performed ramp walk for Nike, Central Jack and Johns and other companies and won prizes.

Though he received offers to act in cinema and TV serials, he had not shown interest due to his education. Head of Sridevi College, Sadananda Shetty has supported and encouraged him along with Saurabh's friends and family. He hopes to get more such opportunities and earn laurels for the country.
