Mangaluru: Rahul's enthusiastic, tireless whirlwind tour inspires people of district

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Mar 21: The way Rahul Gandhi remained zestful and enthusiastic all through his 'Janashirvada Yatra' in the district came as inspiration for many. In spite of his busy schedule, Rahul, who was travelling by a bus, many a time got down from his vehicle, and shook hands with the people, without showing even a shade of reluctance, weariness or boredom. He would board the bus, move a few yards, get down, and again get blessed by the people.

This impressive spirited show of agility was in exhibition all along Rahul's 'Janashirvada Yatra' in which chief minister, Siddaramaiah, state and national level Congress leaders, took part.

On his arrival at Mulky at 3.35 pm on Tuesday, Rahul got down from his vehicle, breached police security and waved at party workers lining up the road. He then stood on the foot board of the bus and again waved at the people.

The party had organized a huge hand symbol with the heading, 'vote for Congress', along with tiger dancers, Chende, musical instruments, etc on the occasion. Food was also arranged for the party workers.

There were a few anxious moments just before the arrival of Rahul at Mulky when fire was sighted in a bush by the side of highway between Mulky and Suratkal. Fire brigade personnel and Congress workers rushed to the spot and extinguished the flames immediately.

Rahul reached Suratkal at around 4.10 pm. He toured the city in the same bus, in which Siddaramaiah, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee chief, Dr G Parameshwar and others were also seated. During his visit, however, several roads were blocked, bus trips were cut short, and people had to walk to their destinations. Media persons who came from Bengaluru and New Delhi, travelled in two buses along with Rahul to cover the events.

As a Kannadiga and citizen of India, I appeal to undivided Canara citizens to be wise this time electing real peoples representative rather than imported North Indian communal mongers who come and go.

As per data emerging from BJP's IT cell of social media fake factory, party has prepared a wide varieties of campaign material targeting individuals from the Congress and JD(S). For this campaign they have hired International 'Publication relation' firms who have wide experience intelligence gathering working for British, Israeli intelligence in the past. They have regional office which operate in different names have signed contract with BJP.
Apart from EVM and Election commision of India blessing what Congress and JD(S) has to worry in this elections is 'negative' campaign. The BJP in particular target those social media groups with anti national tags as per the planned strategy. There are some plans to use 'nationalism' raking up border dispute with Pakistan as well which is easy to exploit emotions.
As 'Lingayat' being given minority status by ruling Congress, BJP is projecting Congress as anti majority and dividing Hindus. As per the BJP's propaganda campaign in the coming assembly election speeches from their national leaders be delivered blaming Congress using fear factor.
I appeal to all Kannadigas to vigilant especially with 'social media' forwards. Don't forward any message without authentication as their many many fictitious accounts from BJP IT cell using even 'Indian defence' name. Some accounts even has Christian, Muslim names operated by 'super 150' of BJP IT cell without the community knowledge.
There are also plan to create communal tension using regional matter just like 'Mesta' of Honavar for political gains.
By advice be careful, vigilant and be responsible Kannadiga.
Please help for 'Karnataka Model', which promises jobs, security, health, respect, security, women empowerment and so on.
    Jai Hind

Its time that Young minds like Rahul must come to the central stage. Because of these age old rotten leaders, one young generation completely wiped out for no opportunity. Young minds must stay away from the double standards on religion ground and teach them a strong lesson. How can anyone become a woldclass citizen, when he looks at the religious people throwing hatred instead of love?? Its time for young to open their hearts and minds for inclusivity and move towards progress.

The religious polarisation is exteremly extremly increased in Mangalore. I don't see such type of polarisation in Mumbai. I really think BJP has very smartly polarised the minds of the youth and its reflecting in every forum and comments out on any online site like this.
In a vast country like us forget development peaceful living to all communities is the MOST IMPORTANT factor. BJP should STOP polarizing. Its clearly reflects in Karnataka, Kerala after Amit Shah's entry. Tamil Nadu recent VHP rally, UP .....People should not to committed to any parties but keep them on their toes by changing the parties....I voted for BJP in LOKSABA...today i'm not happy for polarising.

Modiji will have to explain why he lost 8 bypolls .... how he managed to manipulate numbers in Goa, Manipur and Meghalaya. Do you think the people of Karnataka are mute, blind and stupid to listen to his lies and stories? Karnataka should and will teach BJP a lesson. Enough lies, enough hardships. Our own money is stuck in the banks and people like Choksi and Modi (all) and Mallya run away with our hard earned money. No word from the PM. What he will say to people of Karnataka; more loots will be allowed ? Like others, my family and friends had a lot of hope in this man. He fooled all of us.

Delighted to see Rahul Gandhi in this avatar showing passion, hunger, smartness, an inclusive approach and fire in the belly to take on the BJP. Keep it up Rahul, true hindustanis are with you.
Modi government wasted the huge mandate they got from the people by playing communal politics and screwing up the economy so much so that people are struggling for jobs, farmers are committing suicide out of desperation, businesses have terribly slowed down and many have closed down etc.
It is time for the Congress party to come back and bring some sanity to the economic situation and communal situation in the country.
BJP are heroes only on TV channels but on the ground the reality is they are soon becoming zeroes. Very soon even EVMs will stop supporting the BJP. BJPians must understand that Ishwar sirf ek pathar ka murthi nahi hai !
