Rohingyas a security threat, deport them: RSS

Jammu, Mar 17 (PTI): The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Saturday supported the demand for deportation of illegal migrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh, saying their presence in Jammu and Kashmir posed a security threat to the country. “We do not consider them (Rohingyas and Bangladeshis) as refugees as they are foreigners and have entered in our country illegally,” RSS Prant Sanghchalk, Brig (Retd) Suchait Singh told reporters here.

Singh, who was flanked by Prant Kariwah Parshotam Dadichi, said the state and the central governments should identify the illegally settled foreigners and sent them back. “Why should we tolerate them when they pose a security threat to the nation as well as the state,” he said.

Criticising the previous UPA government at the Centre and National Conference-Congress coalition government in the state for allowing them to settle down in Jammu, he said “they are totally responsible for the present situation(agitation over the deportation of Rohingyas and Bangladeshis in Jammu).

“What is their motive behind settling them in Jammu is best known to them … We see their presence as a threat and want their early eviction,” the former Army officer said. Dadichi said there are about 300 shakhas in the state and “we are waiting for the day when the shakhas are opened in Kashmir valley as well”.

“We are waiting for the day when the people in the valley will come forward and reach us to open our units. We are sure that day is not far,” he said, adding “we want peace to return to the valley as soon as possible”.

Dadichi said RSS does not believe in “propaganda” of its activities. “We are already working in Kashmir with like-minded people but there are no shakhas as yet.” Singh said national building work was being carried out through 277 shakhas, mostly in Jammu region. “We have Shakhas in Ladakh as well and this year so far 666 youths have joined the organisation,” he said. The state in-charge of RSS said 723 activists received training in Sangh Shikhshan vergs (camps).

Referring to the three-day Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS) at Nagpur, he said 18 RSS workers from Jammu and Kashmir attended the meet from March 9. The meet unanimously passed a resolution to highlight the need to protect and promote Indian languages, he said, urging the state government, policy makers, NGOs and individuals to protect and promote local languages.

First let the government solve our own refugees’ problem, viz. resettling Kashmiri Pundits back to their respective homes. How can a country having its citizens as refugees in their own country can give refugee to outsiders??

National security MUST be the No. 1 priority for ALL Indians irrespective of their religious beliefs or political affiliations.

Why are people only condemning the RSS, when there are other parties (which I do not want to name) that are the 2 sides of the same coin. They openly support a religious minority that was primarily responsible for the breakup of mother India which resulted in millions of deaths. Over the years people continue to dies, and as we speak we are still counting till date because people continue to die?

The ' peace loving' refugees are a threat everywhere. Every host country of these refugees are paying a huge price for their benovelent blunder. There is terror attack every week. Its just brushed off by saying 'terrorism has no religion'. Why should India host Rohingyas ,? who could not live or co exist with Buddhists.

Biggest internal threat if India is facing today is from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. This three time banned organisation which sided with British and caused more bloodshed than Rohingayas. If Mumbai terror is not happened and Late Hemant Karkare is not assassinated RSS would have been listed in the world terror organisation.
For RSS its own political party members from Madhya Pradesh who are caught transmitting India's security movement and installation is not nation security threat.
If its own political wing BJP having an alliance alliance with Tamil party who openly supported LTTE is not threat.
Jagdamba Mall, a known face of the RSS in the Northeast, who has also been instrumental in BJP’s electoral inroads into the region Draft Plan for Nagaland Accord. The government had cut a peace deal with the armed group Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) in Singapore is not a threat.
The latest statement of RSS Sarsanghchalak Bhagwat, that RSS has the ability to prepare an "army" to fight for the country within three days, should be seen in this context. He told the RSS cadres of eastern India that “Sangh will prepare military personnel within three days which the Army would do in 6-7 months”.
If RSS is capable of mobilising its militia within 3 days for the internal-external security of India, it means the RSS militia already exists. Bhagwat found the Constitution as the only stumbling block! The Indian State should have immediately launched an investigation into the RSS supremo's claim that he could raise battle-ready battalions in 3 days comparable to the professional Indian army. The RSS boss should have been investigated to learn about the strength of this RSS militia, which arms it has been trained in, from where did the finances come to support it, and details of its command hierarchy.
If Tamil in south, Pakistani Hindus in north, Sikh from Afghanistan, Buddhist from Siachen can be taken as refugees, why untouchability for Rohingyas?

There are nearly 50 Muslim-majority countries in the world. Some of them are Ultra-rich. Why the Rohingyas cannot be accommodated there? Let the 'peace' prevail in those countries.

First remove the supremacist monoculture religious doctrine as core religiio political principle. Next believe in a rational population in an era of dwindling natural resources. Peace will prevail in this world. Even Bangladeshis were very concerned with the high birth rate of Rohingyas in the tents. Believing in Rizk is very risky.
