Speeding kills Looks like here the lorry was overspeeding and overtaking without adeqaute care. There must speed governors and bumpers installed in all accident prone areas. Feeling very sad at the loss of two lives

I am sorry to hear about two young boys lost their lives with collision their motorcycle with a speeding lorry. Some days back lorry scooter collision happen near Belvai near to Moodbidri.
If anybody find the reason behind lorry/ tipper accident can find important causes: 1. Speed governer not installed or disconnected. 2.Transport of illegal/ contraband goods/ materials like sand without permit. 3.Under influence of alcohol, tobacco or drugs. 4. Driving without proper documents. 5.Driver's inability to handle emergency situation, slower reflexes. ./ underlying diseases. 6.Overspeed...
RTO and concerned persons know all these points, but why they become Gandhiji's 3 monkeys. Obviously as a responsible individual it's my/ your/ our duty to avoid tears from the accident victim's families.
