Bengaluru, Mar 16: Mohammed Haris Nalapad has again landed in fresh trouble, this time regarding a land encroachment case.

Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force (BMTF), on basis of a complaint by BBMP revenue officials, has filed a first information report (FIR) on February 23, against Nalapad and 17 others for encroaching three acres and 29 guntas of land near KPCC head office in Vasanth Nagar.

“The BBMP commissioner has registered complaints that 33 properties in Millers Tank Bund have been encroached upon and Mohammed Nalapad is also among the accused. Currently, the documents are being verified and the accused have been directed to produce their documents for verification. Action will be taken after the document verification,” BMTF ADGP Prashant Kumar Thakur told a newspaper.

Vasanth Nagar revenue inspector Seetharam and revenue officer Lingaiah, filed the complaint.

Mohammed Nalapad, son of Congress MLA N N Harish, is the prime accused in case for assaulting Vidwath in UB City. He is facing attempt to murder charges and is presently under judicial custody.

Seems until this incident everything was wonderfully and secretly hidden and managed. The benefit of becoming elected representatives really outweigh the cost incurred and worth the risk if you have charisma and right religious credentials to succeed with such secular credentials party to support.Had it been unreported he would have been emboldened further to suppress many oppressed with MLA's grace who is natural saviour for all misdeeds committed and continue

These malayalis, tamilians, reddys, northis have invaded bengaluru and karnataka like pests and sucking out all our wealth and jobs. Its a pity state for kannadigas. Being a kannadiga is the biggest drawback in karnataka. Why r these outsiders being encouraged in bengaluru? Why r we kannadigas being so soft towards these outsiders? Malayali, tamilian, northis everyone beats up kannadigas and nothing is done about it, why? Today it is somebody, tomorrow it may be one of us or even our own children. Will u still keep quiet if somebody barges into your house and beats up your own brother or son. We say KARNATAKA DALLI KANNADIGANE SAARVABHOUMA.. Doesnt that sound like a joke? I think its high time we all kannadigas unite and flush these pests out of karnataka and take control of our mother karunadu. Its now or never. Wake up all kannadigas. Jai Karnataka

In a dry state of Bihar, a drunk BJP leader Manoj Baitha, a district level worker of Sitamarhi has killed 9 innocent childrens.
As usual drunk driver goes missing and attends 'Holi' festivity at the time BJP's Bihar unit vice-president Devesh Kumar denies he was party member. After social media exposure he suspends the anonymous member from the party for six years.
Who is your inner conscience trying to protect you today- the accused BJP leader or the truth of the alcohol ban in Bihar?
Is Manoj Baitha crime is less in proportion to Nallpada for the BJP? Why can't the leader sentence to death for killing 9 school childrens?
Let's all those forum members writing and supporting action against Nalapad write an open letter to Prime Minister Modi and ask BJP member Manoj Baitha to be tried and sentence him to death?
Can I have a unified voice from the same critics?
    Jai Hind

Tomorrow you might see some Congi news on Gauri Lankesh murder. HM issuing some statements like 'Motorbike used in teh killing found in Madras' . ' Killers from UP' . 'Culprits will be nabbed in a week' something for the public to deviate their attention from Nalapad .
