Great job, Roshni Nilaya. The more Educational disciplines you inculcate in your students will place your Institution on a higher pedestal, because your students will be in big demand as and when they are graduaded. Creative Journalism will bring lots of demand for your students, and so also Social Ecology. The world at large is moving in a right direction, specially in India. There will be a growing demand for every graduate so that he or she can render all the expertize to the ever growing society of labor in India.

The students have to be specialized in their disciplines by taking pains to learn much more than they ought to so that when they go out for their job interviews they prove their credentials much more than what their papers display.

India is a country where every profession has a scope. The Government has to motivate every Corporation with incentives to create new jobs in their Organization so that some of these new disciplines have a greater demand than we normally imagine. "Social Ecology" is a new subject for myself to digest, but the more I learn about it, I would be able to utilize it in many of my future thoughts of creativity.
