Abu Dhabi: ‘Mangalore Cup’ cricket tourney to be held on Mar 2

Abu Dhabi, Mar 2: The sixth season of the very famous ‘Mangalore Cup’ cricket tournament will be held at Sheikh Zayed Stadium on March 2. The pre-event meeting took place at Paris Kitchen recently.

Akram, managing director of Sitara Group, presided over the meeting. MCC president Latif K H inaugurated the meeting and delivered the introductory speech. He said that as the tournament will be played at an international stadium, the rules of the game would be same.

The match schedule set by draw of lots for 18 teams in the presence of team captains. Eye-catching matches are expected at the tournament.



Noufal, Anwar, and Feroz, managers of Paris Kitchen, Safe Line's Shabanaz, MCC’s Salam K H and others were present. Jaleel compered the programme.
