Mangaluru: State level techno-cultural fest ‘Aakriti’ to be held at CEC

Mangaluru, Feb 22: Canara Engineering College (CEC), Benjanapadavu, a unit of Canara High School Association Mangaluru will organize a two-day state level techno-cultural fest ‘Aakriti 2018’ at Canara Engineering College campus on March 2 and 3.

‘Aakriti 2018’, with an intention to be a platform for competitive attitude and spirit of achievement among student, will have more than 25 variety competitions of attraction. Gaming, coding, R C racing, dance, music, face painting, rangoli, eat-o-meter etc are among variety competitions planned. In association with Manipal Auto Club, ‘Exotrig’ will be a special attraction.

Over 2,500 participants of UG and PG institutions from all over the state are expected. I Chandrakantha Rao, ex- CEO and executive director of Jindal Poly Films Ltd will inaugurate ‘Aakriti 2018’ and college day celebration and this inaugural function will be presided by S S Kamath, president of Canara High School Association said Dr Ganesh V Bhat, principal, Canara Engineering College.
