Bantwal: KSRTC bus lady conductor assaults lady police constable

Daijiworld Media Network - Bantwal (MS)

Bantwal, Feb 20: A lady conductor of KSRTC Rajahamsa bus assaulted a lady police constable of Vittal police station, who was travelling to Bengaluru on official duty, for a trivial reason. This incident occurred on the night of Sunday, February 18.

Arpita, the lady constable who got injured in the incident was treated at Vittal community hospital.

A case stands registered in this regard in Vittal police station against Pushpa, a resident of Belur in Hassan district and conductor attached to KSRTC bus depot of B C Road.
Arpita and Supritha, lady constables of Vittal police station were supposed to travel to Bengaluru on 'Bus Warrant' in the KSRTC Rajahamsa bus that plies between Alike and Bengaluru. Two seats that should be given to the Alike organization were vacant. However, the lady conductor refused to offer the seats to the lady constables.

The lady conductor started screaming as to who is going to pay the toll charges if the bus warrant seats are given to the lady constables. Even the communication held by the station officer of Vittal police station, Nagaraj, with the ticker checker of KSRTC bus station did not yield any positive result. Shortly after this discussion, when the police tried to intervene, the lady conductor got furious and attacked lady constable Arpita.

Some people from KSRTC department have said that Pushpa, the lady conductor, creates a nuisance and gets into arguments with passengers and other staff of the department every now and then.

It is learnt that after all arguments and fight, both the lady constables travelled to Bengaluru by the same bus.

KSRTC give good training to its lady staff. Very strange that a lady bus conductor attacking lady police... never heard such incident so far... that means KSRTC gives better training to attack public than a training given by police dept to their staff...

Very interesting !!! Rarely do you get to see a woman fighting against the other woman. Sounds interesting because a woman's fight is always a major crowd puller and they are considered as a weaker sex. Also it is said that a testimony by any woman is always considered true and they can never go wrong.I heard people say that the creator can go wrong get but not women. Especially when it comes to misusing power and drawing sympathy in the pretext of avoiding slur on themselves. A soft corner attitude to woman basically originated from the Gulf (Middle East) and due to the soft corner shown towards them the parasite came down our country. As for this episode it is not worth commenting because it is like playing with fire.

In one angle , why lady conductor is wrong? Police have no habit of paying not even a rupee for tickets to private bus conductors. They show their rude face to those private bus conductors. Here in this case both from state government employees, police person nicely tasted conductor's treatment. No Oc life, No Shipaigiri....!

Just note hat the police travelling to Bangalore on Official Duty with KSRTC Bus warrant. They are not going free. And the front seats are reserved till the last minute. So Lady conductor can not refuse . This is the procedure. Jai Hind

If the polices constables woulf have fought back then the KSRTC employess would have gone on strick or protesetd.
They did was right..The case is filled on the conductor .It is already mentioned" some people from KSRTC department have said that Pushpa, the lady conductor, creates a nuisance and gets into arguments with passengers and other staff of the department every now and then."
SO the polices have done the right thing.
I am sure now she is been treated well inside jail.
