    Congratulations Rameez.
Even though I started late with fitness, I'm improving day by day. Tummy is going inside month after month & year after year & I can see little bit of muscles here & there, even though difficult to see six packs. I did not have the opportunity & facility in India & the middle-east, but here I have the same & slowly getting there. It's better late than never.
Food wise I'm trying to have as much protein as possible, trying to have food which is as less spicy as possible. During childhood I was mostly vegetarian & I started having beef in the middle-east after seeing beef sukka & parota & here I started eating pork because it has less fat & couldn't resist bacon, sausage, pork chops & spare-ribs.
