Mumbai: Three day Mysore Association drama festival concludes

Mumbai, Jan 22: The three day long drama festival held by Mysore Association, department of Kannada and culture and Vaidya Rangacharya Foundation concluded on January 21.

Rangacharya Foundation director Dr Usha Desai was the chief guest in the concluding ceremony held at Mysore Association auditorium, Matunga east on Sunday evening, January 21.

Mysore Association Mumbai president Kamala Kantaraj was present on the dais. Dr Usha presented mementos and certificates to the winning teams and congratulated them.



Dr B R Manjunath welcomed everyone. K Manjunathayya delivered the keynote address. Association secretary Dr Ganapathi Shankerlinga compered the programme, introduced the guests and competition winners. Dr S K Bhavani, Shailini A Rao, association manager B K Madhusoodan and others were present.

Bengaluru's Expression theatre team performed 'Kelu Janumejaya' drama directed by Prakash Jadenavar.
