Mangaluru, Jan 21: Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishath (ABVP) staged protest here at Lalbagh on Saturday, January 20, condemning the murder of 26-year-old ABVP activist Shyam Prasad in Kannur, Kerala.

Addressing the protester, Mangaluru wing ABVP secretary Tejasvi said, “Shyam Prasad was hacked to death at Kannur in Kerala. Terror organisation PFI is involved in several murders. So far 21 people have been hacked to death by the organisation. When an innocent gets killed, these so called thinkers and leftist go hiding and prefer to be mute spectators. PFI has made Kerala as their centre for terror activities.

“We can make out that Congress government in Karnataka and CPI (M) government in Kerala is supporting these organisations and encouraging them to indulge in such terror activities. If the central government has any concern about these innocents and believe in patriotism, we demand them to ban terror organisation PFI,” he said.

ABVP representatives raised slogans against PFI demanding to ban it.
