Bengaluru: BJP to launch 'Jail bharo' over Siddaramaiah calling BJP, RSS terrorists

Bengaluru, Jan 12: Karnataka BJP will launch a statewide 'Jail bharo' agitation on Friday January 12, against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's remarks comparing BJP and RSS to terrorists.

Demanding an apology from Siddaramaiah and KPCC Working President Dinesh Gundu Rao, BJP state general secretary Shobha Karandlaje warned that that the party workers will take the agitation to the streets with slogans "Nanu BJP Nanu RSS".

She further challenged the state government to arrest the protestors, if it considers them as terrorists.

Karandlaje lashed out at Congress and alleged that the party was fueling terrorism in Karnataka for its survival by supporting organisations like Popular Front of India (PFI).

The BJP has also threatened to file a defamation suit against Siddaramaiah.

Siddaramaiah softens stance

Meanwhile, speaking in Mysuru district on Thursday, Siddaramaiah appeared to soften his stance on the controversy, claiming that he was referring to Hindutva terror when speaking of terrorists.

    If one go through the affidavit submitted to the Election Commison of India, these BJP leaders should have been behind the bars for lifetime under different IPC criminal cases.
    But only in India people's representatives having declared criminal offenses like murder, rape, corruption, communal disturbance, espionage, terror can still contest an election.
    Just take the example of form CM Yeddyurappa who was in jail from bail for denotification and mining kickbacks. His wife mysterious death in his own residence water tank in less than her height is unresolved.
    It should be also noted that BJP is the only party which has an alliance with Vaiko Vaiyapuri Gopalsamy , well known as Vaiko is an Indian politician from Tamil Nadu. He is the founder and General Secretary of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK), a political party active mainly in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Vaiko was the first member of Parliament and chief of a registered political party in the country to be detained under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002. If has also given tickets to members of United Liberation Front of Assam(ULFA) in Assam assembly elections. They has also in coalition with shiromani akali dal in Punjab which has open support of 'Khalistan Liberation Force'.
    If BJP is serious about CM Siddaramaiah remarks, then it should have already prosecuted the 11 members from Madhya Pradesh who are caught passing sensitive information to the Pakistan on our troop movements. Saffron terror is one of the deep mystery till to date. Swami Aseemanand who has
    key conspirator in 'Samjhauta express' blast is given 'clean chit'.
    Moreover if one one visit RSS history, they have sided with 'British' during India's freedom struggle.
    If BJP and RSS is patriotic let them list one name from the organisation who has died in freedom struggle behind Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi?

    Yeddyurappa,was threatening police yesterday with severe action when he becomes chief minister. Today he is threatening with jail bhrao . Does it mean that now he knows that he won’t become CM.
    An exconvict threatening police who maintain law and order is unacceptable and police should take action on this exprisoner.
    Finally don’t keep this lady waiting for too long as she may change her mind if you are side lined by Shah and if she does not get a seat next time.

    It is really laughable and amusing to read RSS supporters comments who think that uncultured and cheap comments by BJP against Karnataka CM Siddu has shifted the narrative in BJP's favour. Quite the opposite BJP are getting more and more exposed as a party who make cheap comments with communal flavour against opponents especially during elections. Even BJP supporters know this.

    Yeddy and Shobha where were you both? Came out with launch "Jail Bharo" One teenage girl was committed suicide because of you all. We never heard your voice. I think you both along with Nalin went to meet BJP officials in centre to grant bail for the person who was arrested against the suicide of young girl. You three people know only to blame congress not doing any development in Karnataka. To satisfy BJP leader and RSS leader all these drama acted by Yeddy & Shobha. Where is Nalin? Instead of doing all these types of nonsense act help the people in their need or you all go to our country boarder and fight with terrorist to save our country. Do some good work please.
