Mangaluru: Three Hindu activists arrested for beating up youth in moral policing

Mangaluru, Jan 2: Relating to the immoral rowdism, also known as moral policing, that took place at Pilikula on Tuesday in which some college students were beaten up by Hindu activists, police arrested one person who had assaulted one of the girls. They also arrested two more persons later.

The arrested person is Sampath Shetty (25) who is a resident of Moodushedde.

Based on complaint by Melcy Serrao at Kavoor police station, the police arrested Sampath Shetty.

Police arrested two more persons named Varada and Dinesh later.

All the three accused have been charged under different sections of IPC like 341,342, 324, 506, 509,355, 153(A) etc.

As per some unconfirmed reports, the accused belong to Hindu Jagarana Vedike.

The boys and girls attacked are the students of Pompei PU College in Talipady, Aikala. They belonged to three different religious. They had come on a picnic at Pilikula.

That was very disgusting to see that even in front of police that man has taken his own decision to beat up the girl without any fear of law and order. Meantime, our police had no guts to say him to go away or to swing the baton towards that person which is questionable forever!
Actually, these BD goondas are not protecting their traditional fundamentals; this was just taking the revenge against the girls who have turned down their love affairs. When he has no education, no job, no money and no lover, then there is no way rather than to choose this way to live his life.
What is the meaning of democracy? Where is the Freedom? Who are these goondas to question against others matter? Who is this guy to beat up the girl?
Then Mr. Kanniah Kumar is right with his demand for “Aazaadi” which we needed indeed to live our life in our country without any disturbance!
Government should take drastic action against such kind of people. No matter of religion, we need peaceful Mangalore & peaceful India too.

Why only 2 or 3 rowdies are arrested in Pilikula. There were not less than 50 rowdies who attacked the students and manhandled (including molesting) of girls. they arrived there with lathis and iron rods, but media is hiding this issue. As per Media, these rowdies came there only to give nice advice to the students how to live in the society.

Media is always pro sangh parivar on all the issues. If they find any hindu girl eloping with boy of other religion, they make it a big issue and broadcast it as if bomb is exploeded and sangh parivar financed news papers will publish it it front page and if any sangh parivar goonda is caught doing wrong they publish it in the last page in two to three lines as if nothing is happened. India will not prosper and there will not be peace unless and until sangh parivar activities of anti social + anti national are stopped. We public should get up and teach a good lesson to them.
