Anybody living in India is Hindu: RSS chief

Agartala, Dec 18 (PTI): Anybody living in India is a Hindu, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Sunday, asserting that the meaning of Hindutva is to unite all communities.

Hindutva is different from Hinduism, he told a public function at the Swami Vivekananda Maidan in the heart of Tripura's capital.

"The Muslims in India are also Hindus," the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak said.

Bhagwat, who is on a five-day tour of Tripura since Friday to review the organisational work of the RSS in the north-eastern region, said, "we have no enmity with anyone. We want welfare of all. To unite all is the meaning of Hindutva."

Maintaining that India is a land of Hindus, he said "tortured" Hindus from across the world come to the country and get shelter. The RSS supremo said, "Hindus believe in truth, but the world respects strength. There is strength in organisation. Being organised is the natural law."

    Why all these confusion?? Let us mind that we are all Indians urf Hindustani.
    We all need Roti, Kapda and Makan. We all need Education, Decent Job in line with our education and a better living standard. When we ask for all these and work for the same with one voice and one strength and one belief, every other issue will fall in place on its own. People should come out from their mindset to please few people or groups and ignore the actual needs of the society...

    Those Hindus working in Christians and Muslims countries are not Hindus?.
    Stop them (Hindus) to go Christians & Muslims countries to earn money.
    For Hindus, need Job from Christians & Muslims Countries.
    No jobs for Hindus in own country.
    Advance Technology, Military Technology & all kind of the latest system needs from Christian Countries.
    India need petrol from Muslim countries.
    Hindus are exporting their mother & father (Beef meat) to Christians & Muslims countries.

    then Why delay??.......Distribute MONEY to us.......or else religion will Not Feed our STOMACH ..........No matter Hindu, Muslim, Christian ........we have to earn for our bread ...that's why we Must be SOCIAL first .....than Religious Extremist ....Religion Is Only Secondary for when it comes to Basic needs........

    Most welcome statement..., and unconditionally agreed 100% with Shri Bhagavatji..., If we go by the definition little deep to understand it correctly, ..... if a poor starving person come from Bangladesh (even if he is a Islam believer) & working in Hindustan soil for his hands to mouth existence is also a Hindu..., All who pelt stone at innocents are also Hindu's,

    However the need of the hour is to distinguish between a REAL Hindu & FEKU Hindu...,

    One who don't practice the 3 fundamental tenets of Hinduism (i.e., Vasudhaiva Kutumbam, Sarva Dharma Sama Bhava & Ahimsa Paramo Dharma) is a FEKU Hindu and all these are mutually inclusive.., all these must reflect in preaching & practice...,

    Those who wear Saffron shawl & shout about lynching, go to pakistan, 4 bachche, burning, threatening, warning etc., are all qualities of FEKU Hindu's..., Such qualities match with DNA of North western region (may be Hind-kush) of Akhand Bharat of good olden days..,

    Only Real Hindus can fight against FEKU Hindu's..,

    And all Hindus in Gulf countries are Muslims.
