Mangaluru: Missing bride writes to family, mother says letter not her daughter's

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Dec 17: A letter purported to have been written by Priyanka, who went missing on December 9 night, just two days before her marriage after Mehdi programme, has reached her family at Dharegudde here.

Even though the letter appears like having been addressed by the missing would-be bride to her mother, the mother says that the writing is not of her daughter.

The letter says that the girl had eloped with her lover, Hyder from Innoli, on her own record and that she has been living happily in his company. "Please do not make an effort to find us out. We will on our own present ourselves in the court. We will also be writing to the district adminisitration and police station at Moodbidri," the letter says.

The family of Priyanka said that they would be informing the police about the receipt of the letter. The arrival of this letter has kicked up fresh controversy about the genuineness of the letter, who wrote it on behalf of Priyanka, or whether it an effort to divert the investigation in the case. The police are expected to probe the case from all angles and solve it early.

when the mother says it is not her daughters letter, then let them give it to a specialist to varify it.Her handwriting from previous writings and present might reveal the truth. The truth is that she is safe somewhere, nothing happened till now .She doesnt have the wish to come back at present.Bad side is she didnt mention about her taking the money and gold with her .means she definately it s her letter.Hope the police will findout about her.Oneday or other truth will comeout.

Strange things are happening after 2014. This is another attempt by this rogue political party for vote bank. There are many in the market who could be bought to play the role like Shirva church and Goa cemetery vandalisation etc.
