Kundapur: Serial accident throws traffic out of gear on NH 66

Kundapur, Dec 14: A series of accidents on NH66 here on Wednesday evening, December 13 caused traffic chaos.

It is learnt that a goods lorry suddenly applied brakes near Bobbaryanakatte here and an Echo vehicle behind it, rammed into the truck. Meanwhile another goods lorry hit the Echo car from the rear.

Six passengers in the car escaped the incident with minor injuries. They are being treated at a private hospital in Kundapur.



The incidents threw traffic in disarray. Another truck stopped in the middle of the road due to a punctured tyre, hindering the traffic. Kundapur traffic police later made way for vehicles.

A case has been registered at Kundapur traffic police station.
