Bengaluru: BJP meets governor, seeks NIA probe into Hindu activists' deaths

Bengaluru, Dec 12 (DHNS): A delegation of state BJP leaders met Governor Vajubhai Vala seeking a direction to the government to order a National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe into the deaths of Hindu/RSS activists.

A delegation of the leaders led by KS Eshwarappa, R Ashoka, Shobha Karandlaje met Vala in Raj Bhavan and submitted a memorandum stating that more than 20 Hindu/RSS activists had been killed during the last four years,
the latest being that of Paresh Mesta who was found dead in Honnavar in Uttara Kannada.

BJP leaders blamed "jihadi" forces for the killings who allegedly have the support of the state government and the police.

The leaders staged a protest in front of Mahatma Gandhi statue between Vidhana Soudha and Vikasa Soudha in support of their demand.

They accused the state government of turning a blind eye to the activities of outfits like PFI, which the leaders charged, as being involved in attacks on pro-Hindu activists.

bjp did mastermind the disturbance in Honnavar, kumta , Sirsi and now they are acting like crocodile. Shame on you guys. Why were you not interested in Vinayak Baliga murder. Is this because your own people were involved. Sahme on you guys. You are trying to gain political gain on dead bodies of innocent people. You are the killers of Mesta who died in a very small age. Sympathy to his parents and shame on you. You are the real opportunists. Your only aim to come to power in karnataka . However, we will not allow to do it as we know your cruk ideas of divide and rule.

It is rightly said those who take arms will end up with that itself. Better we all do actions to create a bettersociety rather than fueling unrest to meet some fringe aspirations. This may work in the short term but in the long run will affect all including the ones who originated. Better to stop killing each other and work towards celebrating life...

First call for NIA to look into Vinayak Baliga murders. Let's talk after that. We all know who killed whom in case of Vinayak Baliga murders case and which party both the murdered and accused belonged to. So please stop your drama and prove to the people why we Shud believe in you. Tired of hearing tall promises from one person already.
