Mangaluru, Dec 12: City based high court advocate, P P Hegde, has been chosen as the new president of Karnataka State Bar Association. His election was unanimous.

Hegde happens to be a former president of Karnataka State Bar Council. He has been functioning as high court advocate since long.

In addition to election of its new president, the Bar Association's general meeting held at Bengaluru also formed a state level central committee comprising 45 members.
