2002 riots allegations levelled on PM Modi for votes: Amit Shah targets Cong

Gandhinagar, Dec 10 (Zee News): Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah on Sunday hit out at the Congress for bringing back the 2002 riots case ahead of elections in Gujarat. The BJP leader claimed that the allegations on Prime Minister Narendra Modi were being raised only to consolidate votes in the elections.

"The entire nation knows that allegations levelled on Modi ji by Congress backed NGO were all false and he is spotless. Yet for vote bank consolidation, 2002 is being raised in 2017," Shah said.

He was referring to Congress leader Charan Singh Sapra's statement where he had questioned if Modi will go to Jama Masjid to apologise. He had said: "Sonia Gandhi visited Golden Temple and apologised in front of the media. Manmohan Singh also apologised in Parliament. In the last 33 years, the BJP has been adding insult to our injury. Can Narendra Modi visit the Jama Masjid and apologise for 1992 riots."

He also said that Congress had laid the foundation of Gujarat election on casteism. "The would-be President of Congress started hopping from temple to temple. Congress has been the creator of polarisation in India," Shah said.

Elections in Gujarat are in the final leg with the second phase of voting for 93 seats on December 14. The first phase for 89 seats saw a turnout of 68 per cent. The counting for the elections will be held on December 18 for all 182 seats.

Forget about the past. Our Lives calendar moves forward therefore we also have to move forward, not backward!
Why Modi Govt included in FRDI Bill 2017 ( Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance) Bill 2017 a clause the ‘bail-in’ clause ?
Failure of a bank or other deposit-taking financial institution that comes under the purview of this law, could wipe off the savings of depositors to save the company itself!
If the bill passed in current draft, if the bank fail, it can wipe out all depositors money and we can't get justice from any court. Is it not another anti-people move by the Modi-government?
Why did Govt kept such a grave controversial provisions in the FRDI Bill ? to wipe out our life long savings?

Instead of invoking the Gujarat riots Congress should asked for Initiate high level judicial inquiry into Judge Loya’s death.
    1. Why was Judge JT Utpat, Judge Loya’s predecessor in hearing the case, transferred from hearing the case despite a 2012 Supreme Court order specifying that the same judge should hear the matter from start to finish?
    2. Were Bombay High Court Chief Justice Mohit Shah or the principal accused Amit Shah aware of any alleged inducements offered to Judge Loya to ensure a favourable judgment in the case?
    3. Does Justice Mohit Shah deny the allegation by Judge Loya’s sister Anuradha Biyani, that he himself made an offer of Rs 100 crore in return for a favourable judgment?
    4. Who made the arrangements for Judge Loya’s transportation to Dande Hospital on the night of his death, and why was this not in a vehicle from the government guest house or an ambulance?
    5. Do Dande Hospital and/or Meditrina Hospital have records indicating what medication was provided to Judge Loya while in their care, and who was with him at the time?
    6. What was the time of Judge Loya’s death according to the records of Meditrina Hospital and when do call records show this was intimated to Judge Loya’s family? Did the death occur at 6:15 am or before 5 am on 1 December 2014, or did it in fact occur before midnight?
    7. In what circumstances can a person die of “coronary artery insufficiency”? Is it possible for a person in good physical health without any cardiac history or other markers of this condition, experience “coronary artery insufficiency” and lose their life?
    8. Why was a post-mortem report ordered into Judge Loya’s death when no panchnama or FIR was filed terming it a suspicious death, and why was Judge Loya’s family not informed about the performance of a post-mortem? Alternatively, were any reasons for performance of post-mortem report recorded, where were these recorded and who recorded them?
If these proved master strategist will face gallows.

Main culprit of Gujarat riot 2002 is Communal Congress.
Had it been not initiated by Congies Godhra rail burning incident, riot would not have been occurred.
