Six-year-old girl raped, killed in Haryana: Police

Hisar (Haryana), Dec 10 (PTI): A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped and killed in Haryana's Uklana area, police said today.

The incident came to light when passersby noticed the girl on a deserted street this morning, the police said.

They said unidentified men had allegedly abducted the girl when she was sleeping with her sister and mother in their home in a slum area. The men then raped and killed her.

The girl's mother identified the body and it has been sent to the civil hospital for a post-mortem examination, the police said.

A case has been registered at Uklana police station.

SP Manisha Chaudhary has formed an SIT to investigate the case.

Irked over the incident, local residents took out a protest march against the police department, alleging poor law and order situation. Some owners closed their shop in support of the protest.

    Worser than animals.Even animals dont do such crimes.It must have been done by some person living nearby or known person to the girl.whoever it is ,when found simply give the same treatment as he gave to the girl.Such a person doest deserve to live in this world.

    After watching the video again and again of the killing of Moh'd Afrazul, on TV, I had a very disturbed sleep that night. It is because, I watched the actual crime being carried out. But, looking at the rapes and killing of children, young girls and women, we are not that much disturbed, because, it is happening everyday, somewhere or the other in India and abroad. How much the victims might be suffering while raped and killed, only God knows. We can only comment, but, there will be no end to such crimes in the world

    Where is the Hollow Slogan master now ? Where is is your Beti bachao beti padao now ? So many cases of female molestation all over especially in BJP ruled states. Just this morning we had the case of Zaira Wasim the female teen actor from the movie Dangal being a victim on a domestic flight.
    Keep the empty slogans coming sir. There are many willing to get fooled.

    For BJP winning the state election is more important than enforcing low & order or bringing stringent law on rapists. Power seekers (both State/Central) have common goal and we all know what is that. Let the common man cry, that does not effect on our leaders & politicians.
    Where there is will there is a way but ruling & opposition parties are least bothered.
