Mangaluru, Dec 9: The second day of the three day long annual feast celebrations of St Joseph Vaz pilgrim center in Mudipu was celebrated with pomp and gaiety here.
Dr Aloysius Paul D' Souza, Bishop of Mangaluru offered a thanksgiving mass. In his homily he said that we too should be witnesses to the gospel message like St Joseph Vaz.
Fr Benjamin Pinto, pilgrim center director Fr J B Saldanha, Fr Denis Suares, Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas, Fr Santhosh D'Souza, Fr Andrew D'Souza, Fr Denizil Lobo and more than twenty other priests and thousands of devotees took part in the celebrations.
