Shiv Sena wants BJP to suspend people who called Rahul Pappu and Khilji's aulad

Mumbai, Dec 8 (India Today) : The "neech" remark politics doesn't seems to be ending. As the Congress party continues to fire fight the damage caused by Mani Shankar Aiyar's derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, its leaders are leaving no stone unturned to throw the same dirt on BJP as well.

After Congress suspended its senior leader Mani Shankar Aiyar, Sanjay Nirupam has filed a complaint against BJP Spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao for making derogatory remarks against Rahul Gandhi.

While a battery of party leaders are busy distancing itself from the rant, some went on the offensive, seeking action against BJP leaders for similar derogatory rants.

On Friday, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam lodged a complaint with Mumbai police, demanding action against BJP spokesperson G V L Narasimha Rao for dubbing Rahul Gandhi a "Babar Bhakt" and a "Kin of Khilji".
Rao tweeted, "Rahul Gandhi has teamed up with Owaisis, Jilanis to oppose Ram temple in Ayodhya. Rahul Gandhi is certainly a "Babar Bhakt" and a "Kin of Khilji". Babar destroyed Ram temple and Khilji plundered Somnath. Nehru dynasty sided with both Islamic invaders. Travesty and Perversity of dynasty!".

"I have come here today to demand that an FIR be lodged against GVL Narasimha Rao because as per IT Act 2000 Section 66A, he has posted a tweet which is completely incorrect, libellous, malicious and with the intent to create enemity and hatred amongst communities," Nirupam told reporters outside the Versova Police Staion in Suburban Mumbai.

And it was not only the Congress that compared Aiyar's tirade against similar statements made by BJP. The Congress found a surprise support from BJP's ally Shiv Sena, that dared the BJP to take similar action against its motor mouth leaders like the Congress has done.

"The Congress party has shown courage to take action against Mani Shankar Aiyar. I think now it's BJP's turn to show the same courage to take action against leaders who have been calling Rahul Gandhi a 'Pappu' or 'Khilji Ki Aulad'," Shiv Sena Spokesperson Manisha Kayande told India Today.

On the backdrop of Gujarat polls, Mani Shankar Aiyar's rant has heated up the Political war of words. But it seems, once the first phase of Gujarat polls is over, this controversy too will die down.

BJP is a party surviving only on Hindu appeasement by taking an anti religious minority stand which is predominantly anti Muslim. It gives a message that the citizens are increasingly becoming communal. Earlier Democracy was limping in our country but after 2014, Democracy has died in India. We are following Democracy only on paper not in practice anymore. In many ways India now looks like Pakistan where religious majority suppress the religious minorities (Sunni Muslims predominantly) with the blessings of government.

Already blinded by the cloud of Hindu religion. Hence BJP winning all over Inida even though their performance has been disastrous on the economic, foreign policy, social front etc. Even in Gujarat 22 years of BJP misgovernance is not given importance by many of the voters. All many of the majority community voters want is to have Sunni Muslims kept quiet which they believe only the BJP can do. Secondly it does not matter for many gujjus what kind of language Modi uses against opponents or whether he has failed as a leader. What they are only concerned about is that he is 'Aapro Modi' which is why they vote for BJP in his name.
You are right India has become worse than Pakistan - completely communal. Only a miracle can save India now which is why there is urgent need for real divine intervention.

The party of difference BJP is shining India 'patented' hate speeches. If one looks back as Gujarat Chief Minister Modi himself used 'hum paanch hamare pachees', 'Miya Musharraf' etc. While his union minister went step ahead and slur like 'Ramzade Haramzade ' is still in memory. His UP CM Yogi who has broken his own record was rewarded for his 'foot and mouth disease'.

So personal abuse became culture in BJP. If one look through Twitter trail of party IT cell head Amit Malviya his account is full of filthy language. When Gauri Lankesh was murdered its social media cell praised the death and some even abused with dirties language which is followed by PM Modi himself. It party spokesperson to Delhi was once abused their own party worker. When she complaint to PM Modi is unfollowed her and reward her abuser with spokesperson post.

On Twitter, Modi’s party could tack strategically between aggressive Hindutva and a more inclusive platform. His devoted online network got their cues directly from him and other leaders. Think of General V.K. Singh, a minister of state, launching the word ‘presstitute’: now the preferred weapon for attacking professional journalists.

In the real world, aggressive and intimidating cadre can turn from an asset into a liability once you’ve won power, especially once you’re leading a national government. With online trolls, however, a new shadow politics arises. The government can continue to control and deploy networks while denying any responsibility for vicious trolls.

Finally BJP has realised 'Vikas' is not bring them vote and went back to its original avatar of communal hatred. So they kept the fictitious story of 'Padmavati' and portrayed Khilji as anti Hindu for polarisation.

As long as 'personal abuse' brings votes for BJP there is no point of action against its leaders. They are the asset of the party.

If BJP starts suspending people there won't be a single person remain in BJP. BJP a party of pointing fingers and finding fault in others but when it comes to them they become abusive and turn arrogant.
