Belagavi: No proposal to ban Amit Shah's entry into Karnataka - Ramalinga Reddy

Belagavi, Dec 6 (DHNS): Home Minister Ramalinga Reddy clarified that there was no proposal to ban the entry of BJP National President Amit Shah into the state.

Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, he said Shah has to be careful of the speeches he makes. "He must not assume that we act according to BJP's wishes as stated by MP Pratap Simha. He should act as a responsible national political leader and not incite violence," Reddy added.

Reddy also said that Pratap Simha has to change his ways of campaigning and the Hunsur disturbance was completely unnecessary. Being an MP, Simha must not have indulged in it. "Disturbing the peace is not the right way to capture vote banks," he added.

During the recent disturbance in Hunsur which has gone viral on social media BJP MP Pratap Simha had remarked that government officials were acting according to BJP's wishes.

To this, Reddy asserted that govenment officials don't dance to the tunes of the BJP and SP Ravi had acted according to law. The MP should not make incorrect statements, Reddy added.

No one can stop any Indian citizen from entering any state as per law. Amit Shah is a legal Indian Citizen. You can see the repercussion if you dare to do. Infact Reddy you should be banned from entering Karnataka as you are from Andhra, Including CK George.

No body is above the law of the land.
Congress must use all the constitutional rights to suppress the wrong doers or communally instigated hate speeches by memembers of some communal organization. Losing the elections immaterial but should maintain law & order.
Warning is already issued and waiting for the likely action. (in the eventuality)

    Rudoph,
Way back in 2014. The Congi chelas cheered, and applauded as Janardhana Poojari unleashed his verbal attack on Modi speaking openly about his marital status. Moreover he challenged Modi to contest against him in Mlore if he had guts. Was it not mockery? Then Mr, Poojari and the Pappu Sene got what they deserved. Mr, Poojari crashed into the records books for the largest margin of defeat and his political career ended. Today he is called 'Baazigar'.
