Bengaluru: Mangaluru woman Jackulin Carolin wins 5kg Malabar gold prize


Bengaluru, Dec 5 (IANS): Jackulin Carolin of Mangaluru on Monday won 5kg gold prize of Malabar Gold & Diamonds retail chain.

"Carolin, 35, a homemaker is the winner of our 2017 Diwali fest celebration bumper prize," said the Kerala-based leading retailer's Chairman M.P. Ahammed at an event here.

Bollywood actor Tamannaah Bhatia presented the bumper prize to Carolin, who won the prize through a luck draw held among hundreds of customers who bought the ornaments during the festival season in October across the country.

"We also gave many prizes worth 111kg in quantity through weekly lucky draws and win contests across our retail chain during the fest drive," said Malabar India Managing Director O Asher
