Congratulations to Bala Jagannath Shetty...Dr U P Shivanand ... Well deserved award .. UP Shivananda contributed a lot to the community of Puttur, Sullia and Belthangady ... He is able to give employments to hundreds of youth and because of him many are running their family.
His selfless service to theses 3 cities helped a lot the developments . He had taken many stands despite of strong opposition from many against misuse of social media etc. His campaigns on misuse of social media in 3 cities created awareness in each corner and it was a great achievement of his life.

We wish him very best and expect lots of new projects from him to empower the youths of rural areas.
He is simple and down to earth person reachable to every one. All the best doctor.
