Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (AM)

Mangaluru, Nov 27: Director Krishnaprasad Uppinakote’s Tulu film ‘Rang Rangda Dibbana’ released November 3 has entered the fourth week. The film has collected good revenue for its makers.

The film had made news before its release after Sandalwood’s well-known film production company and distributers, Thoogudeepa Productions, purchased the distribution rights.

Now, the film is all set to be dubbed into Hindi. A well-known producer from Bollywood has discussed the issue with the producer of the Tulu hit.

Besides, the TV channels are making a beeline to grab the satellite rights of the film. If the talks turn out fruitful, ‘Rang Rangda Dibbana’ could be one of the first regional films to be premiered on any of the leading Kannada television channels.

Produced by Sharath Kotian, the film is said to be an entertainer with catchy songs by composer S P Chandrakanth.

Raviraj Shetty and Samhita Shah form the lead pair of the film. Prashanth Samaga, Swati Bangera, Umesh Mijar, Raghavendra Rai, Dinesh Attavar, Ranjan Boloor, R J Roopesh and Raghu Pandeshwar will also be seen in pivotal roles.
