Wasn't prepared for fatherhood: Ajay Sharma


Mumbai, Nov 25 (IANS): Actor Ajay Sharma is excited to embrace fatherhood soon, but says initially he was taken a back with the news.

"The feeling of becoming a father is surprisingly overwhelming. Initially, I wasn't prepared at all when I heard the news. I kind of got on the back foot thinking weather it was the right step to have a child. But gradually looking at my wife's baby bump and the emotional feeling towards the process got me to hook on it," Ajay said in a statement.

He also shared his excitement to welcome his baby.

"I'm happy Malini is fond of kids. we have done lots of shopping be it a daughter or son, we are ready for both. We have made a good stock of cars and dolls including other toys. I feel blessed. I'm doing a good start as a father," he added.

Confused about joining politics: Shubhangi Atre

Many people were speculating that actress Shubhangi Atre is joining politics after she was spotted at a political event. But the "Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai" star is confused about taking the move.

"I'm confused at the point of time about joining politics, but yes I feel it is a good opportunity for us. As I feel youth in politics is the most accepted welcome change because for a youth nothing is actually impossible," Shubangi said in a statement.

She also feels youth can change the trend of politics.

The actress said: "Youth of today has the potential to change the current trend of politics not only in India but also around the globe. However, the biggest question is how the youth will get entry into it. Youth have the potential to offer a vastly untapped source of vitality, strength, fresh ideas, innovation and innocence that could refresh politics in a completely new way and provide new shape to the globe."
