Mumbai, Nov 17: Thimmappa Chinnaya Pakkala(81), belonging to Permankiguthu clan of Ulaibettu, Gurpur, Dakshina Kannada passed away here on Thursday evening, November 16 due to old age and cardiac arrest.

Besides being a social worker, he had served as managing trustee of Permankiguthu Palikatte Vaidyanatha temple.

He has left behind wife, four brothers, five sons including young hotelier Ashok Pakkala, four daughters, friends and relatives.
