Santosh from Manjanady, Somanath from Kolya Kasimbettu, both of whom belonged to a private security agency, and Umesh, employed as permanent security staff of the bank, all of whom had slept inside bank premises, had died ostensibly due to the inhalation of poisonous gases arising out of generator. Minister, U T Khader, took part in the funeral held on Wednesday.

Case under section 304A of Indian Penal Code (causing death by negligence) stands registered in Ullal police station against the bank's board of directors, branch manager, and security agency.

In its emergency meeting, board of directors of the bank, which met on Wednesday, discussed about paying compensation to the families of the deceased security men because of their poor background. The meeting decided to pay compensation to all the three families. The bank branch, which had been locked by police for investigation, was opened on Wednesday for normal business.

For me patriotism is supporting the cause for compensation for the victims family.
    1. Bank should be fined 25 lakhs each for the deceased victims.family.
    2. Security company CEO should face imprisonment 10 years each for the. Victim.

Let's prove our nationalism by helping the helpless.

I have no comments on this sad tragedy whereby three precious lives were lost. Only a full and complete investigation will reveal the exact cause of the deadly mishap. May the souls of the deceased persons rest in eternal peace and deepest condolences to the deceased families and loved ones. The persons responsible for this mishap should be severely punished for the deaths of this hard-working individuals.
