Mangaluru: French Day celebrated at St Agnes PU College

Mangaluru, Nov 3: Students of St Agnes PU College put up a wonderful spectacle on occasion of French Day recently.

Beginning with a rendition of Nana Mouskouri’s ‘Je chante avec toi liberte’ welcome by Sharon and group, a welcome speech by Aleema and Delma and a drama entitled ‘Harry Potter’ written and directed by Winola Lobo.

Fr Joseph Martis, director of St Joseph’s Seminary presided as chief guest and shared his thoughts and wisdom with the crowd. Monsieur Alain Baptist was also felicitated by the students.

Riddhi and Rhea proposed the vote of thanks. Prakruti and Thea sang ‘Pour tum aimes encore’, by Celine Dion which was followed by a dance performance by Angel and group.
