Udupi, Oct 21: National Students Union Of India, district unit, recently celebrated Deepavali with children and elderly at Vishwasada Mane Orphanage, Shankerpura.
District president Christan Almeida said, "This program is all about bringing light into the dark world."
NSUI members distributed sweets and other eats. Later, the members celebrated the festival witth a few crackers.
