Kasargod Oct 18: Dead bodies of a women and her son were found in a lake near Badoor on Wednesday October 18.
Shruthi (28) wife of Padmanab Rai and her seven-month old son Ayush are the deceased.
It is said that last night Shruthi and Ayush who slept after their dinner were not seen at home in the early morning today. The kitchen door was found open. After the search, the dead bodies were found in the lake close to their house.
Ayush was a heart patient and was under treatment and Shruthi was disturbed by it. Police believe that this might be the reason behind the suicide.
Padmanab Rai is working in a boat. He married Shruthi two years back.
Kumble Police have registered the case.
