    This profession will perennially be in demand due to pent up sexual desires n repression, not to say unfulfilled fetishes n fantasies of man (which every human has) considered unholy or dirty by our society! Nowadays, I assume most of these women voluntarily enter the trade for easy money, not thinking of longterm consequences!!

    One step into the future: Read recently that in Japan sexually deprived men keep mannequins (each costing approximately USD 3000) as partners n treat them exactly as humans, change their clothes, dress them, groom them, take them for outings on wheelchair, etc., n mate with them like a normal human!!

    Legendary future visionary Elon Musk of Tesla has predicted that robotic sex n marriages will be possible n even legal in another 10 -15 years due to advancement of AI n robotics......(cutting the story short)!!

    Breaking new ! Tip of an iceberg.
    Where there is no prostitution. ? Sex pleasure seekers & providers are in rampant all over the world and occasionally, they are caught.
    Even in this incident, the police acted on tip off. They will come out paying some fine or serving jail term for few days but the hidden or illegal business will never stop. Sometimes employment problem but mostly, easy fast bucks. Pimps do not kidnap prostitutes and put into the sex trade. It is a business with most prostitutes.

    Ever since demonitsation and improperly implemented GST by the Centre, people are caught in a end less trap of poverty. The police will only try to lwork on soft targets. May be they did not get their due.

    Absolutely.

    Before demonetization and GST,
    - there was no poverty in India;
    - there was no prostitution in India; and
    - police never targeted wrong people.

    Wah kya logic hai sirji. You definitely should be part of Rahul Gandhi's inner circle of advisers.

    That is a legal system wherein the accused ladies (irrespective of voluntarily or forced) r sent to rehabilitation centers after police investigation, n the term 'rescued' is loosely used! And better not comment on the state of rehabilitation centers in this country!!

    In India all do not come on their own wish. Many are forced into the trade through rape, blackmailing, abduction, false promises, human trafficking, etc. There should be strict laws against such crimes before prostitution is legalised in the country.

    The police rescued two women during the raid....
    Why police is hiding their name and identity..?? This women does not bother about what are they doing (work).. if police caught them red handed then they should expose identity..then only this shameless people will learn lesson.. hiding identity will help them continue their business just the changing place.
