Dubai: Uriah Heep to perform live at Secret Garden on Nov 10

Dubai, Sep 28: Roxx Events, a subsidiary of the B A Thumbay Group UAE on November 10 will host a live concert featuring the iconic heavy metal band Uriah Heep, for the very first time at Jumeriah Creekside Hotel, here. UAE’s very own, multi-talented band Carl and the Reda Mafia will open for all-time greats Uriah Heep.

The now legendary British band Uriah Heep formed in 1969 with the likes of Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple went on to define an entire era of rock and heavy metal in the 1970’s creating their own distinctive progressive metal style of music. They rose to great prominence and enjoyed a huge fan base in their heyday. The band has sold over 40 million albums worldwide and continues to enjoy a great cult following to this day.

Uriah Heep will evoke the nostalgia of old school heavy metal at their very first live appearance in Dubai. This is out of their regular tour calendar of performances in Europe, North America and Japan.
