Mangaluru, Sep 26: Rahim Uchil, the vice-president of BJP Minority Morcha, has filed a case at court here against forest minister and district in-charge minister Ramanath Rai for his alleged offensive remark against state Yuva Brigade leader Chakravarthy Sulibele.

The complaint dated September 25, mentions that Rai had called Sulibele as ‘Sule Bele’ which is an offensive and humiliating word in Kannada. Rai had allegedly made this remark on September 22 in a public meeting in Asaigoli near Ullal.

Rai also called Chakravarthy an ‘anti-national’ during the same meeting.

Rahim Uchil has provided the newspaper report on the alleged remarks and the CD containing the speech.

It is claimed that Chakravarthy Sulibele also participated in the same programme and Rai made the remarks by looking at Sulibele which hurt his followers. Rahim Uchil has said that since the video of the remarks went viral later in the internet, Sulibele has faced mental trauma because of the humiliation.

After loosing home minister post, Rai is all out to ditch congress. Every effort is made by Rai that Congress to loose the election. Rai saab, don't do that, it's already done by others. Just carry on for a few more months, and prove to Dongi Congi supporters that Congi is an insane party without a party head.

I watched the video on the very same day. On that day i was in my friends room and they were watching that. He didn't make fun of them actually. He didn't know the name actually, he turned behind and asked them what was his name, and then he uttered sulebele. You can also watch the video. Rahim Uchil is Simply Creating an issue out of nowhere.

Sangh Parivar has given task to Sulibele to chant FEKUNAMA 24x7 and brainwash feku bhakths. In this process, sometimes he too crosses limit.

Nobody has problem in Sulibele chanting fekunama, but he is projecting real freedom fighters as villains and make anti-nationals as hero

Demeaning someone doesn't give fame or give rise to a person. In fact, it speaks of sanskar and caliber of person who utters it. The person of ministerial berth using such low profile words puts his family in shame. In fact, the harsh and demeaning words spoken cannot be taken back. Hence, one should be very careful in choosing the words; especially when he has some reputation. People would be keenly watching his moves and his statements.

Mr. Chakravathy Sulibele was addressing the crowd in Surya Narayana Temple in Maroli during its Brahma Kalasha, Wherein he said "" Today we have a Prime Minister who is working day and night, A country like UAE where the Hindu's are not allowed to take "Hindu God's photo" and if taken the photo's will be destroyed in the Airport.....Modi's one visit to UAE got us the permission to built a temple, Modi is such a Dynamic Prime Minister, nothing is impossible for him.""
I Couldn't control my laugh after hearing this speech, Hindu's residing in UAE may known the real reason behind my laugh.
We have a small temple in Bur Dubai, we Hindu's every year perform Varamahalaxmi Pooja, Sarvajanika Satya Narayana Pooja, Durga Pooja during Dasara etc etc.....Since ages and this Sulibele is giving credit to Modi......Moreover the temple permission was obtained by Manmohan Singh in 2013 it was just the formal announcement made during Modi's visit.
Daiji readers who are in UAE very well known the rules and regulations out there
90% of his speeches will be targeting the Gandhi family with all false allegations and Praising Modi again with false acheivements.
If Congress has taken seriously about Chakravathy Sullibale's false allegations against Nehru and the Gandhi Family then there would have been thousand's of case against him.

Atleast he has made offensive remark. He has not made any provacative speech. BJP, RSS leaders are openly challenging the offensive remarks. What is been done to them. They are roaming around freely because they know they have a strong person on the top to protect them. By the way if he has said something who is that person. Is he a freedom fighter or something.
