Mangaluru: BJP planning for Padayatra in city under Amit Shah's leadership

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Sep 26: BJP is planning to organize a Padayatra in the city, in the light of the fact that the 'Mangaluru Chalo' bike rally it had recently organized was foiled by the government. The party is actively considering a proposal to lend a touch of buoyancy to the programme by getting national president of the party, Amit Shah, to lead the Padayatra.

When the party had recently planned bike rally, the state government had refused permission to it. As such, the bike rally did not succeed, and the party could hold a public meeting alone in the city. In the light of these things, it is learnt, discussions about the desirability and practicality of holding Padayatra here was discussed at the core committee meeting held at New Delhi a couple of days back.

There is information that Karnataka BJP election in-charge, Prakash Javadekar, has promised the state leaders to convince Amit Shah to participate in the Padayatra if the state unit of the party makes all arrangements to hold the Padayatra here. During the core committee meeting, this issue was discussed in all seriousness.

Amit Shah would be visiting Kerala from October 3 to 5 to hold Padayatra there to condemn slaining of Hindu activists in that state. As he will be travelling to Kerala via Mangaluru, state BJP leaders are planning to utilize this occasion to hold a Padayatra led by Amit Shah.

After BJP bike rally saw a bumpy ride in Mangalore now bike riders have sought for 'Padayatra'. Afterall there is unique bond between BJP and 'Yatra'. Prior to Babri Masjid LK Advani took similar 'Rath Yatra' and sow the seed of hate which has now grown to big tree. Only time has gone but 'Yatra' got different avatars.
Anyway Padyatra is going to bringing votes or not, it is Amit Shah day to burn some extra calories after lots of 'Dhokla'.
We Indian are already burdened by high fuel cost imposed by BJP government in the central when the whole of South Asia has passed the benefit to the common man.
Let BJP regularly do some 'Padayatra' and 'Yoga' to save India's foreign exchange and get their brain
    supplied fresh air.

This is an admission by the BJP that their earlier rally with all the State BJP leaders present in Mangalore was a total flop. The writing is on the wall, the people of Karnataka have seen through the Jhumla Politics effects unfolding across the country, The Gujarat model of Development has proved to be the biggest failure for our beloved country.

Just fulfill all the promises made by you prior to the elections, do a good job and the people will automatically vote for you. The people just want good governance. You perform well and that alone will attract votes. There is no need for all these yatras. All these yatras become necessary only when you fail to keep your promises.

Mangalore City Roads are very narrow and there is no place for moving vehicles. Padayaatha should not be allowed inside the city.

PLAN YOUR PAADYAATHRA OUT OF THE CITY.

CITIZENS OF THE CITY WILL FIND HARD TO GO FOR THEIR DAY TO DAY WORKS.

ALREADY JOBS ARE LESS IN INDIA.

WE, IN MANGALORE DON'T WANT DAAKU.

Section 144 should be invoked on that day. Amit Shah is a tadipaar daku and master in spreading the violence. DK Police must be alert and take necessary action to maintain the peace. DK people don't want any disturbance.
