Shivamogga, Sep 4: In the Young Christian Students and Young Students Movement of India regional meeting and election held on Sunday, September 3, in Chitradurga, two of the Mangaluru YCS Central Council members were elected as office bearers.
Royden Colaco from Kelarai was made regional secretary and Vidya Veigas from Aruva was made regional sports and cultural secretary. Royden studies in St Joseph College, Bajpe and Vidya in St Aloysius College Mangaluru.
Regional youth director Fr Anil D'Sa conducted the election process.
Fr Rupesh Madtha the diocesan YCS YSM director encouraged and supported the students, parents, parish directors, and animators.
