Bengaluru: BJP stages protest opposing FIR against Yeddy in land denotifications

From Our Special Correspondent
Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Aug 20: BJP workers in the city staged a protest near the busy Mysore Bank Circle near Majestic bus stop in Bengaluru on Sunday morning opposing the filing of FIR by the Anti-Corruption Bureau against State Party Chief and former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa in the alleged land denotifications cases.

Traffic movement was disrupted for some time as hundreds of BJP workers members blocked the road.

BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister R Ashok demanded Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s resignation and accused him of misusing the Anti-Corruption Bureau for his personal gain.

The ACB registered FIR within half-an-hour of the complaint and it was nothing but vendetta politics, Ashok said.

However, Dr D Aiyyappa, who had filed the complaint before the ACB against Yeddyurappa, has contended that the complaint was not politically motivated and argued that the former BJP Chief Minister was guilty of denotifying lands in the Shivaram Karanth Layout.

"If Yeddyurappa is innocent as he claims, why is he shying away from appearing before ACB and approaching the High Court? Let him prove his innocence," Dr Aiyappa said.

Dr Aiyyappa also clarified that he had nothing to do with Yeddyurappa and that the land denotifications had resulted in a loss of at least Rs 3,800 crore.

Next you will see ED taking case from IT and ED arresting DKS and take him to Delhi in BSF plane for interrogation...Followed by BM Patil, George, Mahadevappa and Deshpande...this will unfold few weeks before elections....

As you may be aware...when CBI raided political secretary of Siddu (Govindaraju) about an year ago... they found a diary with above initials....in addition to Rahul and Ahmed Patel...

Modi's name was also found in Birla Dairy with entry of 40 crore when he was CM Gujrat...our beloved Hon'ble CJI gave a ruling entries in diary during IT raids are not enough to order an investigation!!!....BJPeee were hailing this Sardarji judgement...lets see how they react when shoe is on other foot....

Overall current higher judiciary of Pakistan is far superior than ours...see how SC of Pakistan sent their PM home...for a small technical issue...

Every looter and corrupt leader, irrespective of their party should be arrested. Their assets should be confiscated and the leaders should be banned from contesting even panchayat elections. Let Yeddy be the first followed by DKS. All are day time robbers.

Why protests now? Has the ruling party of this country lost faith in our judiciary? And what's the big deal anyway? Parappana Agrahara isn't something new to Yeds.

I am not at all surprised to find these people opposing the FIR against Yeddyurappa. Not surprised because I find so many tainted people in the photographs. Probably they are apprehensive that if their leader of the corrupt gang Yeddyurappa goes to jail once again, after that it would be their turn to cool their heels in jail. By the way, I wonder if Shobha has been elected only for staging protests and demonstrations. Doesn't she have any work to serve in her constituency? Poor people of Udupi and Chickmagalore, they elected the wrong person to be their representative. She is only interested in saving Yeddyurappa.

When BJP MPs, MLAs, President and Ministers have proven charges and criminal records the whole BJP govt comes to their rescue and defends them. No action will be taken against them whatsoever and when opposition demands accountability in the parliament BJP starts evading and skipping the session starting from the PM. So far no BJP member has resigned on corruption, fraud, criminal or illegal proven charges. This is corrupt, Chor and dongi BJP party.

The leader should fight for his people and protect them and not the other way round. Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai or Puura Dhal hi Kaala hai.

When Yedyurapppa boldly said, wait and watch '' I will come out clean and put Siddhu in the jail'' then why you all do not have confidence in your leader ? Guys give us break.
